Busy Holidays

Just first week of holiday and I am packed to the brim.
Conferences, remedials, bbq, jap classes,
competitions, meetings, farewell lunch, bdy dinner
& wedding to attend!
I feel exhausted and tired.
And plus all work & planning that need to be completed
during this holiday, has stressed me out :(
I need more time!
***
It's hard to carry on at times,
is it time to throw in the towel?
***
The Lord is my strength and my song;
He has become my victory.
This is my God, and I will praise him;
My father's God, and I will exalt him!

These few days, the weather is really hot (*Atsui desu ne - in jap).
Really wish I can be in some cool place right now.
Realised I haven't been blogging much.
Partly been so caught up with finishing my loads of marking & in learning jap.
Finally, I have finished all my marking so now is preparation work for next semester.
Wonder when will work ever end...

I got this kawaii jap book at kino recently.
It's such a cute children picture dictionary to learn simple jap words.
Really fun! :) Off to Diaso...

Negative vibes

I have come to realize that there are lotsa negative vibes around us.
It's no wonder more and more people are getting depressed.
people are continuously complaining or gossiping about their work/boss/colleagues.
negative remarks or comments are being rattled off every moment...
perhaps even without much thought to the receiver.
i tried to recount of the number of positive things I have heard this week... its hard.

I could remember how my student came running towards me telling me of her confidence in today's paper. I could see it in her face of how much she yearn of a positive pat on her back and to be told, " Well Done! Keep up the good work!"

Aren't we are called to be the light of this world filled with darkness?

Words filled with sincere encouragement are indeed rare nowadays.

ramblings

been surfing the web for books and design sites on this hot afternoon.

i love designs.
it ranges from paper patterns to jap cutesy characters to art paintings.

i love art since young.
guess its something that i will always love no matter as time flies pass.

i love scraping too perhaps cos its kinda related to art.
the patterns and designs intrigued me.

i m learning jap now.
I love it too though its not something easy to grasp.
i wish i can read a simple jap story book soon e.g. little red riding hood.

i love math too.
i love to count, calculate and even solve difficult problems.

i am a visual learner. I can't listen too long.

think when God created us, He create us with different "loves".
Perhaps He has this super long list of "loves"
where He divinely ticks off the ones each of us will be.
Yet each of us represents a part of God.

God must be really talented & He loves the things i love too.
